Growing up in Decatur, GA, my parents, who shared over 30 years of marriage, instilled in my siblings and me invaluable lessons on business acumen and persistence.

With over 20 years of experience in communications and marketing, I made a bold transition to real estate full-time in 2018, driven by my passion for helping people achieve their own dreams. By 2021, I earned my broker’s license, and since then, I’ve been honored as a top producer and recognized as Agent of the Year at my brokerage. Whether Buying, Selling or Investing. Our first step is Communication. Please submit your information and answer the questionnaire so I can set up a time to contact you. I will either text, email or call you to set up a meeting time using Calendly. Click here to fill out the form
After we set up an appointment. If you are a buyer we will go over what you’ll need to qualify to a buy a home or your investment property. Depending on the information you provide. If you’re ready  I’ll send you over to my preferred lenders to see how much you get qualified for. This is a called a buyers consultation.
If you’re a seller – in this zoom call we go over title and liens, including your mortgage, the condition of the home, if you’re a landlord the leasing agreement and finally comps which is the price of the home or property. This is called a listing presentation.
For my buyers once you are approved. We start the search process for a home. This is the fun part!
For my Sellers – I will need to see the condition of the property to give the home or property the correct list price based on it’s features.

Buyer – When you’re under contract you’ll need to provide earnest to the seller during the Due Diligence & Contingency Period. During this time you’ll get  a home & termite inspection, finance contingence and find out if your loan is approved. This goes for resell and new construction

Seller – During this time the buyer finds out if they approved for a loan. For you liens and titles are pulled to confirm title can be cleared and transferred by the real estate attorney.

Buyer – You’ll receive your Clear To Close and final Approval & Closing. You’re approved for closing. Final Walk Through, is done, and we had to the closing attorney to get your keys!

Seller – Once title is clear. The lender will send the loan pocket for approval to wire funds. So you can get paid!
